Local Pickup
- In-store collection is available Monday – Thursday between 8:00 am – 16:00 pm / Friday between 8:00 am – 14:00 pm ONLY, at the offices of Flagman, 32 Richard Road, Industria North, Johannesburg.
- The client will be notified via email once their order is ready for collection.
Johannesburg / Pretoria
- Delivery of orders will be made Monday – Thursday between 8:00 am – 16:00 pm / Friday between 8:00 am – 14:00 pm ONLY.
- The client will be notified via email once their order has been dispatched for delivery.
South Africa
- Delivery of orders outside of Johannesburg/Pretoria will be made via our third-party courier partner (Kargo) based on their delivery schedules once the order has been collected from the Flagman premises during the following weekly hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 16:00 pm / Friday 8:00 am – 14:00 pm ONLY.
- Please note that once the order leaves our premises, Flagman is no longer responsible for the care of the products and CANNOT be held liable for any damage caused by the third-party courier.
- The client will be notified via email once the order has been collected and dispatched from our offices by the courier and will be supplied with the relevant tracking number of their order.
- The client can track their delivery via Kargo FasTrack. Clients must contact our courier partner Kargo directly regarding delivery queries once an order has been dispatched.
