You can browse the full range, pick your sizes and options and build a cart on flagman.co.za. Online card payment is not switched on yet, so submit your cart as a quote request, or send it to us on WhatsApp, and our team confirms the order, sends an invoice and takes it from there.

Use the Request Quote button on any product page, send your brief through the contact form or WhatsApp us on +27 72 210 9022. Tell us the product, quantity, sizes and your event date. We reply within one working day, with volume pricing where it applies.

Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued. Prices on the website can change without notice, so if your event is a few weeks away, ask us to confirm pricing before you pay.

No. You can order a single pull-up banner or a single gazebo. Volume pricing kicks in on multi-unit orders, so if you need five or more of anything, request a quote rather than paying the listed price.

Yes. Send us your logo and the product you have in mind and our art department returns a layout showing exactly how the branding sits on the roof, flag or banner. We do not start production until you have approved that layout in writing.

Most of our business is repeat corporate and agency work: activations, expos, golf days and dealership forecourts across South Africa. We handle multi-unit, multi-product orders and can supply monthly or seasonal re-orders. See our Monthly Combos for ready-made event kits.

Yes. Our Monthly Combos bundle a gazebo, flags, banners, tablecloths and furniture into one event-ready package at a combined price. If none of the standard combos fit, tell us the event, the space and the headcount and we will build one for you.

Yes. Every price on flagman.co.za is shown inclusive of 15% VAT, and our quotes and invoices show the VAT amount separately.

Products with options, such as frame type, size or single versus double-sided print, show the lowest option as a “From” price. Select your options on the product page and the exact price updates before you add it to the cart.

We invoice on confirmation of your order and accept EFT into our business bank account. A minimum 50% deposit is required before artwork is finalised and production starts, with the balance due before dispatch or collection. Approved account customers are invoiced on their agreed terms.

Yes. Pricing is tiered by quantity, so an order of ten flags costs less per unit than an order of one. Request a quote with your quantities and we will price it accordingly.

Our branded gazebos currently start from R3 695.95 for a 2m x 2m with a steel frame, and the 6m x 3m starts from R8 995.95. The most popular size, the 3m x 3m, starts from R5 495.95. The final price depends on frame type (steel, budget aluminium or deluxe aluminium) and whether you add printed walls. All prices include VAT and the full-colour printed roof.

Feather, teardrop and telescopic flags start from R795.95 including the pole set and ground spike. Pull-up banners start from R795.95, pop-up banners from R559.95 and A-frame banners from R2 195.95. Fabric banner walls start from R2 495.95. All prices include VAT and full-colour print.

PDF, AI, EPS and SVG vector files are preferred for any logo or text because they stay sharp at any size. We also accept PNG and JPG at 300 dpi at the final print size. Full details are on our Artwork Guidelines page.

Usually, yes. Send us the best version you have and our art department will check it. In most cases we can redraw a simple logo as a vector at no charge. If a photo or complex graphic is too small to print cleanly we will tell you before anything goes to print.

No. Basic artwork and layout is free with every order. Send us your logo, brand colours and a rough idea of what you want and we create the print-ready layout for your approval. Complex original design work is quoted separately.

We print in full colour CMYK and match Pantone references as closely as the fabric allows. Send your brand colour codes with the artwork. Screen colours (RGB) always look brighter than printed fabric, so if a colour is critical, ask us for a printed swatch before approving.

Yes. Place the order and send the artwork by email or WhatsApp when it is ready. Your production slot is booked once the deposit reflects, and the 7 to 10 working day turnaround starts when you approve the layout.

Yes. The roof panels, the valance (the skirt around the roof), half walls and full back walls can all be printed in full colour. Tell us which panels you want branded and we quote accordingly. Walls are priced as add-ons on the gazebo pages.

Double-sided flags are printed with a blockout layer so each side can carry a different design, or the same design reading correctly from both sides. Single-sided flags show the design in mirror image on the reverse.

Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 working days from artwork approval and receipt of your deposit. Large or multi-product orders, and orders during peak season (September to December), can take longer, so give us your event date when you enquire and we will confirm feasibility before you commit.

Often, yes. WhatsApp us on +27 72 210 9022 with the product, quantity and event date. Most rush enquiries are scoped within the hour. Rush production is subject to capacity and may carry a surcharge, which we confirm before you pay.

Everything is printed, sewn and assembled in-house at our facility at 32 Richard Road, Industria North, Randburg. We do not outsource print, which is why we can control quality and turnaround.

Yes. You receive an email when your deposit is confirmed, when your layout is ready for approval, when the order enters production and when it is dispatched or ready for collection. You can also WhatsApp us with your order number at any time.

Yes. We deliver anywhere in South Africa from our Randburg facility. Johannesburg and Pretoria orders are delivered by our own team; the rest of the country is shipped via our courier partner and you receive a tracking number by email when the order leaves us.

Delivery is quoted per order based on the size and weight of the goods and the destination, and is shown on your quote or at checkout. Gazebos and umbrellas with concrete bases are bulky, so combining items into one order keeps the cost down.

Yes. Collection is free from 32 Richard Road, Industria North, Randburg, Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:00 and Friday 08:00 to 14:00. We email you when the order is ready to collect.

Johannesburg and Pretoria deliveries are usually next working day. Other major centres take 2 to 3 working days and outlying areas 3 to 5 working days. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

We supply clients in Botswana, Namibia, Eswatini, Lesotho, Zimbabwe and Mozambique on a quote basis. Contact us with your delivery address and we will quote shipping separately. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are for the customer’s account.

Four standard sizes: 2m x 2m, 3m x 3m, 4.5m x 3m and 6m x 3m. The 3m x 3m is the most popular for golf days and activations; the 6m x 3m is the usual choice for expo stands and registration areas.

Steel is the budget option and is fine for a gazebo that is set up a few times a year. Aluminium is lighter, does not rust and handles frequent setup and travel far better. If the gazebo will be used weekly or by a field team, choose deluxe aluminium.

Every gazebo comes with the frame, the full-colour printed 190gsm canvas roof, a carry bag, and four pegs and ropes. Printed walls, weighted bases and extra pegs and rope sets are optional add-ons.

The canvas is water-resistant polyester with a UV-stable print and will handle light rain and a normal breeze. No pop-up gazebo is safe in strong wind: always peg or weight all four legs, lower the roof in gusts and never leave it unattended outdoors. Wind damage is not covered under warranty.

Two people can set up a 3m x 3m gazebo in under five minutes without tools. The 6m x 3m needs two to three people. We include a setup guide with every order and can send a short video on request.

Feather (fin) flags are tall and narrow with the most print area, the best choice for visibility from a distance. Teardrop (arc) flags hold their shape taut in wind so the logo always reads clearly. Telescopic flags use an adjustable pole and pack down the smallest for travel. All three come in 2m, 3m and 4m.

Flags come with a ground spike for grass and soft ground. For paving, tar, indoor floors and dealership forecourts you need a cross base with a sandbag, sold separately. For permanent outdoor installations ask us about drive-over bases.

A pull-up (roll-up) banner is a 0.85m x 2m PVC banner that retracts into an aluminium base, ideal for reception areas, expos and indoor events. A pop-up (popper) banner is a fabric banner on a sprung frame that twists flat, available from 0.5m x 0.5m up to 3m x 1m and suited to both indoor and outdoor use.

Straight fabric banner walls run from 1.5m to 4.5m wide and stand 2.25m high. Curved banner walls are available in the same widths. Both use a pop-up frame with a single stretch-fabric print, come with a carry case and set up in minutes without tools.

Yes. Corporate flags and country flags are printed on outdoor polyester in sizes from desk flags through 0.9m x 0.6m storm flags to 2.7m x 1.8m ceremonial flags, finished with a header band and rope and toggle or clips for standard flagpoles.

Square, hexagonal and octagonal branded umbrellas with aluminium or wooden frames and a full-colour printed canopy. Add a 25kg concrete base for stability on hard surfaces and an Oxford cover to protect the canopy in storage.

Yes. Our printed tablecloths are machine washable on a cool cycle. Hang to dry and do not tumble dry or iron directly on the print. They are available in 1.5m x 1.2m, 2.4m x 1.4m and 3m x 2m sizes and as a box-fitted 1.8m trestle cover.

Director chairs with printed back and seat panels, aluminium pop-up tables, and promotional counters in pop-up fabric, fabric booth and PVC oval styles. Furniture is often combined with a gazebo and flags in our combos.

All products are covered against manufacturing defects in line with the Consumer Protection Act. If we print incorrectly against your approved layout, we reprint free of charge. Wear and tear, wind damage, sun fading over time and damage from incorrect use or storage are not covered. Full terms are in our Terms and Conditions.

Because every item is custom printed to your approved artwork, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on branded goods unless they are faulty or differ from the approved layout. Please inspect your order on delivery or collection and report any fault to us in writing within 7 days. See our Refund and Returns Policy.

Orders can be cancelled before artwork approval, subject to a 25% cancellation fee once a deposit has been received. Once you have approved the layout and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled because the materials have been printed to your specification.

Make sure everything is completely dry before packing it away, otherwise mildew will mark the fabric. Store in the carry bag in a cool, dry place. Fold printed panels loosely rather than creasing them hard, and spot-clean with mild soap and water. Hand wash flags cold and hang dry.

Yes. Replacement printed roofs, walls and flag fabrics are available for all our frames, and this is a cost-effective way to refresh a campaign or fix a damaged panel. Quote us the original order number and we will match the size.
