How long does production take?
Most items dispatch within 7 to 10 working days of artwork approval. Tell us your event date and we will confirm feasibility before you order.
Can I order without artwork ready?
Yes. Place the order and send artwork afterwards by email or WhatsApp. Nothing goes to production until you approve the branding preview.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Volume pricing applies to multi-unit orders for corporates, agencies and franchise groups. Request a quote and we will price it for your quantities.
What if the print is wrong?
If we print incorrectly against your approved artwork, we reprint free of charge.
